General Information

FHM 2027 will be held from 21-24 September 2027, at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) in Malaysia.

Food & Hospitality Malaysia (FHM) 2027 is Malaysia’s premier trade-only exhibition for the food and hospitality industry. Now in its 18th edition, the event serves as the definitive platform for food and hospitality professionals to connect, innovate, and drive industry transformation under the theme “Cultivating Solutions for the Food and Hospitality Industry”.

This exhibition will feature:

  • Over 1,500 participating brands and companies from 15 countries
  • Cutting-edge products and services
  • Emerging industry trends
  • Breakthrough innovations
  • Networking opportunities with industry professionals

Registration & Admission

Registration is now open on the official website at foodandhotel.com.

Food & Hospitality Malaysia is a trade-only event and admission is free of charge for all pre-registered visitors upon completion of the registration process. Register online by 21 September 2027 for Free Admission*.
*A fee of RM100 will apply to any registration made after 21 September 2027, whether online or on-site. Payment options include DuitNow QR (on-site) or online via FPX, credit card, and e-wallets (Maybank, Touch ‘n Go, Grab, Boost). Cash payments will NOT be accepted.
*all tickets are non-refundable.

However, Culinaire Malaysia, which is part of the event, additional charges apply:
● General admission: RM15/person
● Students: RM10/person
*No entry for children under 12 years of age

The exhibition will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (21 September 2027) and 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (24 September 2027).

Bring your registration QR/confirmation and business ID to the Visitor Registration Counter at Hall 7, Level 3. On-site registration is available (fees of RM100 apply after 21 Sept). Badges are personal to the registered visitor; bring matching ID.

Venue & Transportation

The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is located at Jalan Pinang, KLCC, 50450 Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

If you are driving, you have two parking options:
1. Take the first left after the Mandarin Oriental Hotel from Jalan Pinang up the ramp to access the car park at the Centre’s basement.
2. Park at the KLCC Suria car park and exit to the Concourse level Centre Court.

Yes, the KLCC is well-connected by public transportation. It is accessible via LRT (KLCC station) and various bus routes.

  • Malaysia Pastry Week (Hall 6, Level 1) – Experience pastry excellence through two exciting features:
    • Pastry Innovation Lab – An interactive showcase where master pastry chefs demonstrate cutting-edge techniques, seasonal flavour combinations, and artistic presentations.

Dress Code

The dress code is strictly business attire. The following dress code/attire is NOT allowed entry into the exhibition halls.

  • Shorts/Bermudas
  • Singlet/Sleeveless Shirt/Sleeveless T-shirt
  • Slippers/Flip-Flops
  • Peep-toed Shoes/Uncovered Footwear
